Great bakery! I was in a pinch to get a specialized birthday cake made with just a few days notice, Dessert Diaries was able to squeeze me in and make exactly what I asked for. The cake was a hit, we had no leftovers, and the decorating made for some good photos! Will definitely come back!
Trisha is an excellent baker!The way she perfectly blended the lavender and lemon flavors really showed off her skill set! She was able to customize my cake per my specifications and her communication was excellent! I would highly recommend her bake shop!
It is indeed true that Trisha can customize any cake as you imagine. The red velvet cake was a lovely piece of art with navy blue, maroon and golden colors for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The cake was just the way my daughter imagined it both in taste and the look! Another time we had black forest cake which was also fantastic.

Trisha is a skilled baker! I have ordered numerous cakes and cookies from her and each time, we are left with a feeling of wanting more. Her cakes are decadent and she customizes to the customer’s needs. She is very professional and really takes care to listen to special requests. My personal favorites are her assorted cupcakes, herbed cookies and the butterscotch birthday cakes, although I love everything she bakes.
